Joy Dixon is a nonprofit professional who has spent over a decade developing and training young leaders. As director of partner success, Joy guides partners through implementation and program execution within the BellXcel platform.

Megan Glynn

Megan Glynn 
Chief Development Officer at Southeast Ventura County YMCA

Megan played an integral role in launching Power Scholars in 2018 and has successfully grown the program from 60 scholars in 2018 to an expected 300+ scholars in 3 school districts in 2022.  Megan leads a team of over 60+ educators and camp counselors who work tirelessly year round to bring this successful program to life each summer.  Additionally, she has secured multi-year funding from foundations and individual donors to ensure the long-term sustainability of this program.

Alicia Roberson is the Director of Education and Grants Management at the YMCA of Central New York. She has been with the Y for 11 years and started Power Scholars 6 years ago. She is also a professor at the local community college.
